We have the ability to execute ALL domestic equity instruments, wherever listed, as well as ADRs; and Canadian inter-listed companies. We also have international execution capability through our network of correspondent brokerage firms.

We have multiple direct telephone wires and electronic connectivity to the NYSE, strategically placed to cover each of the trading posts. In addition, we have direct wires on the AMEX, as well as relationships with floor brokers on other exchanges which allow us to be in the crowd very quickly to execute trades.

Our style of trading is highly Real-Time VWAP driven; we are determined to show performance on each and every trade for each and every client consistent with the client's preferences.

Through our NYFIX technology we offer our clients ease-of- execution, meaning we can connect electronically to all buy-side firms regardless of their type of front-end system; route their orders to multiple points of execution and then on to our clearing firm for seamless settlement. Upon customer request we will utilize Bloomberg IOI, Posit and Autex, as well as natural buyers and sellers to seek additional sources of liquidity. Our primary ECN is Instinet which acts as an aggregator in that it allows us to sweep the market for best bid and offer.
